Archie the Frenchie came in for a pamper today 🐾🛁

He enjoyed a refreshing bath, brush through, teeth clean, ear clean and plenty of cuddles along the way! 💙

As a rescue, Archie found some parts of the grooming process a little more challenging, but we took things at his pace and made sure he left feeling comfortable and happy.

Such a sweet boy, and we can’t wait to see him again for his next visit! 🐶✨

Zack was such a pleasure to spend time with – sweet, gentle, and full of charm. Just look at that handsome face and those soulful eyes! 😍

This handsome 10-year-old Shih Tzu came in for his very first groom with me, and what an absolute dude he was from start to finish! 💙

Such a sweet, gentle little man who took everything in his stride. It was a pleasure getting him feeling fresh, tidy and comfortable.

And can we just take a moment to appreciate those little teefies?! 😍🦷

Last week I had the pleasure of grooming the lovely senior Cavachon, Bailey ❤️

Bailey came in for his full groom and was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Such a gentle, kind little soul who took everything in his stride and enjoyed plenty of fuss along the way.

It was a pleasure to spend some time with this handsome boy and help him feel fresh, clean, and comfortable again. 🛁✨

My June diary is now completely full, and I only have a few limited appointments remaining in July before I head off on my holidays. ☀️🐶

If your pup is due a groom, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

☀️🐶 HOT WEATHER AT ZIGGY’S POOCH PARLOUR 🐶☀️

Keeping your pups safe, happy & cool during their groom is my top priority 💛

Here’s what I do during the warmer weather:

🧊 Frozen ice poles & cool treats
💧 Plenty of fresh water available at all times
❄️ Air conditioning to keep the salon cool & comfortable
🐾 Extra water and comfort breaks during grooms
⏰ Spacing appointments out so dogs can relax and avoid stress
🚿 Cool rinses where needed to help them freshen up
🪮 Keeping coats maintained to help prevent overheating
💕 Lots of calm cuddles and one-to-one care

Please remember:
☀️ Avoid walking dogs during the hottest parts of the day
🔥 Pavements can burn paws very quickly
🚗 Never leave dogs in cars — even for a few minutes

This adorable Poodle x Shih Tzu was an absolute star for his groom today 💛

Luffy came in for his summer tidy-up and was such a good boy throughout — calm, well-behaved, and full of charm 🐶✂️

We’ve given him a light, fresh cut to keep him cool and comfy for the warmer months while still keeping that fluffy cuteness 🫶☀️

Ziggy the gorgeous Cavapoo came in for his pamper today 🛁✂️
He’s always a little bit nervous at first because he misses his pawrents, but once he settles in he becomes an absolute superstar 🥰

Such a sweet little soul with the cutest face and the biggest puppy dog eyes 🐶🤍
Safe to say he left looking and feeling fresh, fluffy and very proud of himself ✨

Just a little heads up that I’ll be taking 2 weeks off in July ☀️

Appointments before and after my break are already starting to fill up, so if your pup will be due around that time please pop me a message to get booked in 🐾

I’d hate for anyone to miss out or go longer than planned between grooms 💛
