Willow Is Home

After 9 long days, Willow was reunited with her owners last night.

At around 16:00, a call was received from two surfers who had spotted a dog matching Willow’s description. They recognised her from posters that had been put up and reported that she was stranded on a ledge and cut off by the tide.

After speaking directly with the surfers, we contacted Kimmeridge Coastguard, and Willow’s owner made his way to the location provided. At approximately 20:15, two members of Eye In The Sky were also on route to offer support.

At 21:11, the owner managed to spot Willow stranded on the cliff. At that point, Kimmeridge Coastguard deployed their assets and took control of the rescue.

We stayed back to support if needed. With the tide out, Willow managed to make her way down to the beach, and the Coastguard teams headed down to follow her. After some tense minutes, at 23:13, the Coastguard team managed to secure Willow.

We met Willow and her owner back at the car and were overjoyed to finally meet her.

After 9 days, Willow is home.

We continue to work closely with Willow’s owners every day, following up on possible sightings and doing everything we can to bring her home.

Right now, the biggest help is awareness. The more people who know Willow is missing and can recognise her, the better the chance that any potential sightings are seen, reported, and checked quickly.

If you believe you have spotted Willow, please do not attempt to catch her, call her, or chase her. This can cause her to run further. Instead, please call the number on the poster as soon as possible so the sighting can be logged and followed up.

REUNITED - 16th December 2315hrs

Willow is still missing. Please help us find her.

Willow went missing last Sunday during a walk in Kimmeridge after chasing a hare.

There has been a possible sighting in Holton Heath, but nothing has been confirmed.

We are continuing to work closely with Willow’s owners. If you are out this weekend in the Kimmeridge or Holton Heath areas, please stay alert and report any sightings immediately.

Sharing this post really helps raise awareness and increases the chance of Willow being found.

Let’s bring Willow home.

My parents dog willow got lost at a walk in Kimmeridge on 07/12/25 with my dad... they've had drones out and it's all over FB. She's wearing red collar with a purple heart tag. here's some photos of her. please keep an eye/send this to anyone you know that would be out and about between poole and Kimmeridge.. thanks
