Due to high demand, I encourage clients with holiday plans for next year to book in advance. This year, I have unfortunately had to turn clients away.
I always try and accommodate for all my clients.

Regarding cancellations

I must inform you that upon arrival to the property, the full booking fee will be charged. As outlined in my 48-hour cancellation policy, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellations.

Travelling
specifically reserved time slot for your booking, which prevented me from offering it to another client. Therefore, I will be requesting full payment. I completely understand that plans can change.
Please be advised that the same policy is applied consistently to all reservations.
