Hi everyone 🐾
I just wanted to let all my lovely clients know that over the next few months I’ll be cutting down my grooming hours as I start working towards opening another dog grooming business closer to home as most of you know I moved to Wales last year.
Going forward, I will only be working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for now.
Due to limited availability, I will only be able to keep regular clients who are booked in on a 6–8 week grooming schedule. This is to make sure I can continue to provide the best care and maintain appointments for those on a regular routine.
Any appointments that have been made prior to this message either on a Friday/Saturday still stand and I will explain options when I next see you.
If you would like to stay on my regular schedule, please message me to arrange your future appointments. I am now fully booked till August so block booking is advised to guarantee an appointment with me. Thank you so much ✂️🐶

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that I’ve had a small emergency procedure over the weekend and will need to take some time to rest and recover. Because of this, I’ll unfortunately have to cancel all appointments for the coming week.

I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

I’ll get back to all messages and enquiries as soon as I’m feeling better, and will then arrange to rebook appointments as quickly as possible.

🚨 Kennel Cough Policy Reminder 🚨

It has come to my attention that kennel cough is going around at the moment.

For the safety of all pups in my salon, I cannot groom dogs showing signs of kennel cough.
Please reschedule if your dog has:
🐶 Coughing (dry or honking)
🐶 Gagging or retching
🐶 Runny nose or watery eyes
🐶 Recent exposure to kennel cough

Dogs diagnosed with kennel cough must be symptom-free for at least 14 days before returning.
Vaccinations help but do not prevent the spread, so symptoms always take priority.
Please re schedule if your dog has been in contact with any other dog with kennel cough or has symptoms.
