Hello everyone 👋
Hope you are all well and coping with the dark, cold nights 🌚
I am pleased to announce that Becca had a beautiful baby girl 3 weeks ago. She is just perfect!
There will be some changes happening over the coming weeks to enable Charlotte and I to manage appointments 📅
On a sad note I have experienced a lot of people missing their appointments recently. This is so frustrating when others are so desperate to get in 😢
Some people have done this more than once now and not even made communication with me.
Therefore if another appointment is needed in the future, payment will have to be made up front to secure the booking.
Please could you all be super organised if you would like a Christmas appointment as we are getting busy 🎄

Apologies for any delays in getting back to any of you that have left messages ☎️
It’s been a tricky few days and time has simply run out 🐾
I will be getting through the messages tomorrow.
Please, please if you want to book your dogs in be super organised and give us plenty of notice. We don’t want to talk Christmas but it is worth getting booked in early this year.
Also if you are unable to keep your dogs appointment we require 24-48 hours notice.
On a less official note, our dearest Evie is 9 today 🎁
She is my biggest fan, my shadow and keeps us all in check every day ❤️🐾

It has taken a good few weeks to get this special memorial wall right, but we are finally happy 🌈
Obi and Copper are proudly sitting under our special rainbow. We will remember these two always ❤️❤️
Please pop in and drop us a small photo of your dearest pet that you would like to remember. We feel very privileged that we have spent time with your special friends over the years and want them to remain a part of our salon forever.
At Christmas we will light up the wall and light candles to remember them all. Without my dearest Obi I am not sure I would have kept so focused on pushing the business through some really tough times ❤️🐾

Happy Friday everyone 🐾
The weather has certainly changed in the past week, safe to say Autumn has arrived 🍁🍂
The salon has been busy and we are preparing for a big change over the next few weeks as our dear Becca heads off to have her baby 👶
There will be some changes from the 1st October to enable us to continue offering a high standard of your pets care over the next five months ❤️ If you usually book last minute, we advise you to be organised if you can 📅
The memorial wall is almost finished, let’s just say sticking a large rainbow on a white wall which came in 6 pieces has proved more challenging than I thought 😂😂
Good job for polyfilla 😂😂😂
Hoping to complete over the next few days and then we will begin remembering all of the wonderful pets we have had the pleasure to be with over the past 11 years ❤️

It’s been so hectic at the salon and home recently, I completely forgot to mark our 11th year in business. 31st August 2014 I took the chance on my dream 😆❤️🐾🎉🥳👏🍾
It’s been one hell of a ride but the three amigos remain strong and together ❤️❤️❤️
I consider myself very lucky to work with two of the best people, thank you for putting up with me guys 😂😂

Bank holiday weekend coming up and so much to do!
We are available in the morning as some appointments to catch up on. After this week the new hours will be in place and I will update those on our page over the weekend. Remember we will be closed on Monday ☀️

It’s been an emotional week and my thoughts are with people that have had to say goodbye to their beloved dogs ❤️😢
No one will ever understand the grief you feel when you lose your best friend, unless they have loved a dog as much as we all do 🐕

The memorial wall is almost ready in reception so I will let you know when you can drop photos in ❤️ For every photo that we receive, I will donate £1 on behalf of Just Pet Care which will go to local dog charities.

The shop is closed now until Monday 18th August as we are replacing the roof at the rear of the shop. There are lots of exciting plans to come over the next 12 months and I can’t wait to share them with you all 🐾🤔
