When the vibes are good, things are better right? That goes for dogs or people..

Whether it’s relaxation activities that are needed for example meditation or breathing for people, and the similar for dogs can be sniffing / scenting, or massage

or something FUN! For me that’s singing and dancing, for a dog it could be playing, chasing or digging etc

Good vibes matter, because holistic lifestyle are looking at things as a whole.

There are some great things planned both in person and online 😄 within the HDPA
