LIVERY SPACE AVAILABLE!

Facilities include;

🐴Tack room & storage areas
🐴Quiet village hacking
🐴Secure yard covered by CCTV
🐴20x40 carpet fibre arena (newly installed)
🐴Field riding (summer months only)
🐴Large stables complete with rubber matting
🐴Individual all year round turn out (all land drained with hardcore gateways and hay feeders)
🐴Hot shower wash box
(Please note we are adding facilities all the time; we have only lived here for a year!)

FULL LIVERY PACKAGE: £520pcm
7 days a week turn out & bring in, including rug changes and feet picked
7 days a week feeds & hay nets given
7 days a week muck out
Ad-lib hay/haylage
All poo picking included
Shavings bedding (typically 1 bale a week during summer & 2-3 bales during winter)
Parking of trailer/lorry
Basic hard feed (no supplements)
Standing for farrier/vet etc.
