🍌 When to Eat a Banana – Health Benefits by Ripeness 🌿

✨ The stage of ripeness changes nutrition. Here’s what each stage offers:

💚 Underripe → Highest resistant starch, great probiotics

💛 Barely Ripe → High fiber & low sugar

💛✨ Ripe → Best balance with antioxidants & fiber

🍌🍫 Very Ripe (brown spots) → Lower vitamins but still tasty

🤎 Overripe → Highest sugar, lowest fiber

👉 Tip: Choose your banana stage based on your health goals—energy, digestion, or antioxidants!
