Dear Customers,

Following our notice last week regarding our updated business hours and rates, we’d like to clarify that any bookings made before March 1st, 2025, will remain at the original agreed price. Only bookings made on or after March 1st, 2025, will be charged at the new daily rates and will need to follow the new business hours.

Additionally, all prior bookings—including agreed drop-off and collection times—will remain unchanged and do not need to be adjusted to fit the new schedule. The updated business hours will only apply to new bookings made from March 1st onwards.

Subject: Important Update: Changes to Our Rates & Business Hours from 1st March 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support. As of 1st March 2025 our daily rates and business hours will be changing due to operational adjustments and the rising cost of living. Please see the updated details below:

New Daily Rates (Effective 1st March):
• Monday to Friday: £30 per day
• Saturday & Sunday: £32 per day
• Easter, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve & Public Holidays: £42 per day

Drop-off & Collection Times:
• Monday to Saturday: Drop-off between
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Sunday & Bank Holidays: Drop-off & collection between
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• Late Drop-off (Monday to Saturday):
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Charged at half the daily rate)

• Early Collection (Monday to Saturday): 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM (Charged at half the daily rate)

• Sunday, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve & Bank Holidays: Full daily rate applies to all drop-offs and collections

Please note: All drop-off and collection times must be agreed upon at the time of booking and reconfirmed a day or two before your booking.

New Business Hours:
• Monday to Saturday:
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM•
Sunday & Bank Holidays:
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

New Telephone Contact Hours:
• Monday to Saturday:
10:00 AM – 4:00 Pm
Sunday & Bank Holidays: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

We’re excited to announce that our booking calendar is now open for 2025 through to February 2026! We can’t wait to continue providing the same care and quality that Broadway Barks & Bubbles is known for.

Please note, beginning on **1st March 2025**, our rates will be updated as follows due to rising operational costs:
- **Monday to Friday**: £30 per day
- **Saturdays and Sundays**: £32 per day
- **Bank Holidays & Special Days**: £42 per day

Rest assured, **all bookings made prior to 1st March 2025** will remain at our current rates.
