If you haven’t returned your booking agreement yet, please send it back to us as soon as possible, or remember to bring it along when you drop your pups off – we need these to confirm your booking! Thank you 🐾

We just wanted to pop on and say a huge thank you to all of our amazing customers for your continued support. We really do appreciate every single one of you (and your lovely pups! ❤️).

We’ve got some great news… We’ll now be OPEN throughout October this year! 🍂🎉

If you already know your October dates, or think you might need us, please give us a ring as soon as you can to get your booking in. 📞🐕

As always, availability will be limited, so booking early is the best way to avoid missing out.

Hi everyone! Just a quick generic message to all our customers with a friendly reminder about dog boarding agreement forms.

✅ If you’ve already sent your boarding agreement back to us – thank you!
You can ignore this post, and we really appreciate you getting it back to us.

📅 For customers with upcoming bookings:
Please make sure your boarding agreement is returned at least two weeks before your dog’s stay with us.

🐶 Dogs boarding this week or within the next two weeks:
If you haven’t sent your agreement back yet, that’s absolutely fine — you can simply bring the completed form with you when you drop your dog off.

📆 Bookings later in the year:
Please ensure your boarding agreements are returned no later than two weeks before your dog comes to stay.

🎉 Happy 60th Birthday to my amazing husband, Daren! ❤️

35 years together, and what a ride it’s been — full of laughs, a few challenges, and so many incredible memories. I’m so grateful for every moment, and I can’t wait for all the amazing memories still to come.

You are my rock, my soulmate, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without you.

I’m really looking forward to celebrating you properly on Saturday from 7:30 p.m. with all our friends and loved ones.

Daren, a man of simple taste — no spirits, no fizz, just a good old lager (no pun intended!) 🍺 I’ll definitely be raising one or two in your honor on Saturday.

Dear Customers,

As previously announced, our official retirement date of 27th February is fast approaching. However, as many of you already know, we have decided to move into semi-retirement rather than stopping completely.

This means we will still be offering dog boarding and daycare during selected school holiday periods. We wanted to let you know the dates we currently have available:

🐾 30th March – 5th April
🐾 9th April – 13th April
🐾 30th May – 4th June
🐾 27th July – 6th September
🐾 16th September – 20th September

Outside of these dates, we are unable to take advance bookings. However, you are always welcome to call us 1–3 weeks beforehand for any boarding or daycare which may be outside the school holidays or the dates we have already advertised. If we are home and have availability, we will be delighted to help 🐶

Should any additional dates become available in the future, we will of course announce them on our social media pages.

Finally, we would once again like to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful customers for your loyalty, support, and for trusting us with your beautiful furry pooches over the past four years. It has truly been an absolute pleasure meeting you all and caring for your dogs 🐾

🐾 Generic message for all customers: 🐾
If you have already returned your booking agreement, please do not take notice of this message.

Following on from the notice posted yesterday regarding the return of booking agreement forms, we just wanted to let everyone know that unfortunately returning booking agreements via WhatsApp is not working well with our printer 🖨️🐾.

Going forward, booking agreements can now only be returned either by post or by email 🐶📬📧. Our email address can be found at the top of your invoice and on your booking agreement.

If you have already sent your booking agreement via WhatsApp, don’t worry — we have managed to print those successfully 🐾. However, as our printer clearly doesn’t like WhatsApp very much, we kindly ask that any future returns are sent by email or post only 🐾📧📬.

Thank you for your understanding, and sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may cause 🐕💛.

🐾 Important Booking Agreement Reminder 🐾

This is a generic message for all our customers.
If you have already returned your booking agreement signed in full, please feel free to ignore this post.

For every booking, we send out a booking agreement along with your invoice. We kindly ask that all customers ensure these booking agreements are returned fully completed and signed.

✅ We need the full document returned
✅ This includes all pages, not just the signature page
✅ A signed booking agreement is required for every booking and every stay

These booking agreements are a legal requirement and are essential for your booking to be confirmed and secure. They confirm that you are in agreement with the costs for your dog’s stay and that you are fully aware of our boarding requirements.

Without a completed and signed agreement, your booking remains unsecured, as we do not have confirmation that the details and payment terms have been agreed.

📧 How to return your agreement:
You’re very welcome to email it back to us or send clear photos via WhatsApp — whichever is easiest for you.
Please just make sure all pages are included, not only the signature page.

Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation. This helps ensure the smooth running of our business and allows us to fully confirm your booking.
