Hope everyone is coping in this heat and keeping your pets safe . I've just finished a few days with my little miniature friend pickle while his owners went on a long deserved biking holiday to Wales. We did manage to have a few days in the garden and went out when it was cooler but otherwise played indoors and had plenty of rest and cuddles. Not got long until my next visit with my little man. 😁😁😎❤️

I've recently got back from Yorkshire on probably one of my longest distance pet sitting jobs but they were my beautiful cats that recently moved with there lovely owners Skye and Jak . I had missed them so much and I was flattered when Skye asked if I would come and stay and look after them while she went away.
They have moved to a bigger house so the cats had so much more room, unfortunately the weather was boiling so we had the fan blowing 24/7 and being big fluffy animals it must have been so uncomfortable for them even though it took me 5 hrs to get there on a extremely hot and uncomfortable train, I'm looking forward to my next sit with them. ❤️❤️

I am currently on a train from Exeter to Wakefield in 35+ degrees and there is no air conditioning on the train, everyone is absolutely roasting. Why on earth are we not prepared in this country and the worst thing is it's going to get worse. Network rail charge enough for tickets put some money to good use and put bloody air con on your trains. There is even a dog on thos train and worse of all it's a pug so they have difficulty breathing in this heat.
Sorry to rant on but this is not pleasant and everyone is going to be naked by the time we get to Birmingham. 🥵🥵🥵😡😡.

I have just finished a pet sit with a new client who has two adorable springer spaniels Timmy and Bella I only had them for a few days but in that time we had some lovely walks and I got plenty of snuggles and cuddles. Such well behaved dogs and such a joy to look after I'm so privileged to have them on my client list with all my other wonderful pets, I'm looking forward to my next sit with them .😘❤️

I've just had the sad news that one of my beautiful doggies Anca has crossed over the rainbow bridge this afternoon 🌈. She was such a beautiful dog full of life and despite having medical issues she still kept going and would love a walk with the other dogs I'm the family, I think in their own way they looked out for her. She always loved a cuddle and my husband got quite attached to her, she had amazing owners who showed her so much love and I think that's what kept her going but unfortunately her body couldn't go on anymore she finally passed over . But I know she is running around without any illnesses and joining all the other doggies in heaven.
She will be sadly missed, she will always have a special place in my heart.🥲❤️xx

Because of this weather it has been a challenging pet sit for 3 days while their lovely owners had a birthday break in Cornwall. I've had 3 dogs two very energetic Milo and Lexi and one older but still an energetic Molly. From the first day of looking after them I've had to rethink my walking and play schedule with them because of the heat 🥵. This weather is not for dogs it's a lot of very early morning and late evening walks plus wee breaks in between. Unfortunately dogs don't understand that it's too hot for them to walk or play so I had a few sad faces but like everyone says dogs don't die from missing a walk and they were my first priority. We had great fun when we were out on our early morning walks and it was lovely to see other owners doing the same. Hopefully next time I have them or will be cooler . ❤️❤️❤️Xx

Poppet has gone missing near Bovey Tracey and her owners are worried sick. She was last seen at 1pm on Thursday, May 21, on Newton Road. There's a £500 for her safe return. As a rescue dog she's naturally frightened of people. Call 07977 590531 if you can help 🙏

Hello everyone I've just finished a few days pet sit with a new clients 3 doggies Rosie, Daisy & Tilly while there lovely owners had a well deserved rest in Spain and had a lot better weather than us 😎🌞.
We had a few mornings at pooches Paddock in copplestone a great space for dogs with loads of added extras available. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it yet.
They had a great time running around the field and were excited to get a treat afterwards. Then it was home for a well deserved rest and a cup of tea for me. I loved looking after them they were all different characters with their own personalities. And daisy makes a great sleeping partner she doesn't snore or nick the cover. 😂. Looking forward to my next sit. X
