Commissioned Portraits by Laura Hyde Specialising in pet portraits, particularly reptiles. However, I'm willing to take on any project. I DO post my work, and I always pack things well.

I work from high resolution photographs and can produce acrylic paintings or pencil drawings (black and white or colour). My main animal interest is exotics, particularly reptiles, so obviously I enjoy doing portraits of them the most. I'm more than happy to combine multiple pictures, and I'm also able to remove collars/tags/bridles if needed. I work in acrylics on stretched canvas or canvas board

, or in pencil - either colour or black and white. Prices vary depending on size, medium and complexity, but please contact me for a quote. Occasionally things do get damaged in the post (though this hasn't happened to me personally yet), if that happens then please contact me and we can work out what the best solution is. I take payment via Paypal, and a deposit is usually required for larger pieces. Collection is also an option, please contact me for more information.
