These are now ready to go on their final trip to freedom . Rich our new Hucknall duck volunteer has done awesome with his first orphaned flock . He has a regular mum who comes each year to nest in his garden and for two seasons we have helped and advised , a parent less group is a lot different to manage though and to get to a release stage ,but they are there now .

Fundraiser Appeal .
We need to increase our capacity and as efficiently as possible . We have a bank of these and are perfect and two more have come available online .
We are asking if anyone can help even a small ammout to help us secure these .

This is Toby he’s tame and living his life with human friends after being injured and unable to be released when young.
He had an incident with a dog recently , our advice was to seek vet advice . They advised to pts as his crop was ruptured . We asked to view bird and no crop rupture was present although the wound was extensive. We treated the wound and very happy to say he’s made a full recovery ( although he has a bit of a scar ).
