So sorry I've been extra quiet on here but over the last few months I've launched a new exciting adventure.

As you all know I teach and offer equine massage. However I found I was fixing the horse but what if it was actually the rider and their posture/muscle alignment that was contributing to their horses muscle soreness.

Thus I decided to delve into human sports massage 🤗🥰
I'm now a qualified sports massage therapist for people.

Over the last few months I've worked with several riders who didn't realise that a sore muscle was causing them to tip/hunch in the saddle but also several instructors who were holding themselves stiffly due to the cold weather (yes I can definitely relate to that 😆).

Not only is this service avaliable to equine enthusiasts but I treat everyone....from hairdressers, nail techs, busy mums and several marathon runners

I'm so excited to share the new service to my treatments. Following the great success of my Equine massage and after several prompts from friends and family I decided to delve into human sports massage.

This amazing treatment combines my two passions.....Riding and the Gym 😁😁

Being a fellow gym lover myself how many tines have you not been able to complete an exercise to your full potential because of tight muscles 🤔

How many riders have their horses treated but then forget about themselves. Is a wonky rider due to muscle related issues causing their horses to become wonky 😮
