Here’s how I measure success (and it’s not what you think)…

It’s not about likes, follows, or even how many bags of treats we sell in a day.

For me, success is when people go out of their way to tell us:
“We first bought your treats at Worstead Festival – and we’ve come to the market/placed an online order especially to get more because our dogs loved them!” 🐾

At our last Worstead Market, so many of you stopped by just for that reason – and we’ve even had online orders come through with the exact same message. Honestly, hearing that makes my day every single time. 💛

Knowing your dogs are enjoying our treats so much that you come back for more (whether at a local market or through the website) is the biggest compliment we could ask for.

That moment when… you’ve just treated your dog to a full massage session to keep them in tip-top condition… and all they care about is the single treat I give them at the end. 🐾

Bodhi here went from blissed-out relaxation straight to “must… find… snack” mode. These photos show the stages of him sniffing out exactly where I keep the post-massage paperwork (and the sneaky treat inside!).

They may love the pampering… but they’ll never admit it when there’s food on the line. 🤣

I didn’t plan on doing this, until this happened…

When I first started Kizzie’s Animal Therapy’s natural treat side, going 100% grain-free wasn’t even on my radar. In fact, some of our very first products had a small amount of grain in them!

But at those first markets and events, I kept overhearing the same thing…
“My dog can’t have any of this — they can’t have grain.”

Of course, I always stepped in to help, pointing out which products were suitable. But it got me thinking…

💡 What if there was a stall or website where owners of grain-sensitive dogs could browse knowing every single product was safe for their dog?
No label-checking. No awkward “sorry, they can’t have that.” Just confidence and choice.

That was my turning point. From that moment on, we went 100% grain free. Yes, it means we don’t offer the exact same range as everyone else — but it also means we’ve built something unique, with a purpose.

Now, whether your dog is grain intolerant or you just want to feed grain-free, you know our treats will always be safe, natural, and something you can feel good about giving.
