🚨Our Cancellation Policy🚨
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another furry friend.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the grooming cost.

Missed appointments or no-shows without 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full grooming cost.
