🐾 Thank You Post

Thank you so much to all my lovely clients — and your amazing dogs — for sharing your stories and journeys with me ❤️

Some of you come into my life for a few weeks, some for months, and some stay for years… all depending on your own journey. And I genuinely appreciate every single one of you 🐾

What I love most is that these are real stories.
Real dogs, real struggles, real progress — all with different needs and different paths.

Training isn’t about being perfect, and it’s definitely not about quick fixes. It’s about learning, understanding, and building something with your dog that works for you.

We all bring different strengths to the table, and dog handling is just a skill — something that can be learned over time, just like anything else.

And if there’s one thing these stories show, it’s that when you find the right support for you and your dog… it makes all the difference ❤️

If you’re thinking about starting your own journey, drop me a message — I’d love to help you see where it could take you 🐾

Client Story - Tracy & Bhuna 🐾

🐾 Bhuna’s Story

Me and Bhuna started training with Gail in April 2025 when Bhuna was 2½.

He had the basics from puppy classes (not Gail's) but there were definitely some gaps.

From the start, I felt completely at ease with Gail and her training methods.

Bhuna can be reactive around certain dogs, and the group training has really been helping with this.

One of the best things we’ve learnt is a settle — and honestly, it’s worth its weight in gold!

We attend classes every week, and more recently we’ve been introduced to the world of obedience training… which we absolutely love.

That said — it’s hard work.

It can be really frustrating when your dog does everything perfectly in the garden, but then struggles with distractions in class.

Gail has taught me that patience, consistency and play really do pay off — and she’s right.

There’s nothing better than leaving a training session on a high.

The training journey is a long one, with lots of ups and downs. Some days feel frustrating and you can feel a bit stuck… but tomorrow is always another day, and things do start to fall into place.

We’re still early in our obedience journey, but we’re loving every part of it — me and my Bhuna 🐾

Although Bhuna has very big ears… they don’t always seem to be switched on 😄 and my coordination can leave a lot to be desired!

But this is our team ❤️

When you find the right trainer for you — stick with them. It makes all the difference.

Client Story - Lisa & Bert

🐾 Bert’s Story

After getting my first dog, Bert — a cocker spaniel puppy — I knew I needed guidance, and I also wanted to socialise him properly.

Thankfully I came across an advert on Facebook for puppy classes and quickly enrolled.

Walking into that first class, I had no idea what to expect, but we were greeted by a lovely lady called Gail.

Bert and I completed the puppy course, and I came away with so much knowledge and guidance to carry his training forward.

Unfortunately, not long after that, I fractured a vertebra in my back, so training went out of the window and Bert picked up some bad habits.

When I was able to, I reached out to Gail again for advice, and that’s when we were invited to join group training.

Gail adapted methods for me to work around my back pain, and we started to come on in leaps and bounds.

Life has since got in the way again, and I haven’t been able to attend training recently, so we’ve lost a little bit of direction — but we still have a really solid foundation from where we started.

And we know we can go back at any time and pick things straight back up again.

As a first-time dog owner, Gail’s advice and support has been vital to our journey — I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her 🐾
