✋️ Stop. TAKE A MOMENT.

Join us as a community 💚

I want to say thank you for every single one of you that in anyway has interacted with us or even at least seen something of ours.

2 and a half weeks ago I went on a whim and impulsively 🙊 said I am going to do this and help.

And as crazy as this sounds I ADORE what I am doing and from one internally broken person to another, who's had many bumps along the way, I am LOVING the interactions I am having, this is something much more than just picking up your dog 💩 poo.

Watching them numbers ticking up 👆 to me doesn't just mean an earning, it means a community 💚

And over time you will have my heart open as to why that means so much to me to be there for you

🔥 Burnout & My Therapy 🔥

"I realized I wasn't tired of doing things; I was tired of 'feeling' everything. I FEEL hard. The constant noise, the rush, the pressure to always be, maybe the high expectations I put on myself. 🙈

I come 🌳🌿 outdoors because the trees don’t want anything from me. They just exist. And being around them is the only way I remember how to just exist, too.
To slow down and admire what we have around us
To hear the birds, to take a breath 🌬

🐾 And as for the dogs, I marvel at their loyalty, the unending love 💚 their easy going basics of happiness

🌟 "Behind the Glow" 🌟

I was looking at this photo from last week and realised it might tell a bit of a lie. It shows me happy, aligned, and "in my element" at work—but I didn't always look like this. 📸

However, there were so many years where my "work face" was a mask for burnout, deep doubt, and a lot of quiet tears 😢 in the car before walking inside. I’ve been the person who felt stuck, the person who didn’t think they were enough, and the person who wondered if it would ever get easier.

The only reason I do what I do today is because I know how heavy those days feel. My struggles weren’t a detour; they were the roadmap that led me here.
I do this work so that maybe—just maybe—it’s a little easier for the next person to find their smile, too. 💚

If you’re in a season of "heavy" right now, please know that this version of me is rooting for you. Your struggles are preparing you for a joy you haven't met yet.
