If one falls asleep on you, the same laws apply as with cats:

What do we do when it's too hot for walks?
That's right! We get out the paddle pool and hope the dogs will use it to cool down. When they decide the paddle pool is highly suspicious, we involve treats and teach them how to hunt underwater! 😂
