Hi Everyone, just a little update to our booking policy 💛
Due to being let down a few times recently, we had to introduce a deposit system to help protect our small business.
For stays of 5 days or more, we now require a 50% non refundable deposit at time of booking to secure your fur babies dates.
For stays of 4 days or less, a full non refundable payment will be required in advance.
We truly appreciate this may be a change, but as a small business, last minute cancellations have a significant impact on us.
