Well look no further! At Cheeky Mare Equine & Pet Care we can offer a range of services allowing you to take the time to concentrate on experiences away from home, without having to worry about your pets. From horses to hamsters, we have you covered!

Or, do you need some help with day to day chores, eg preparing stables for the winter, mucking out during a particularly busy time at work or maybe you have an essential medical procedure coming up which means you won't be able to do any manual work for a while? From plaiting to poo-picking, Cheeky Mare Equine & Pet Care can help.

Pop-in visits can be arranged 1, 2, 3 times a day depending on your needs. Overnight stays are considered on a case by case basis.

Have your horses been mostly living out in the field this summer? With summer coming to a close and the weather starting to get colder and wetter, you may be thinking of starting to bring them in for longer periods and/or more often. Now is the time to have a clean out of the stable, in preparation for putting down a proper bed, and having your horses in more. This may include removing cobwebs, scrubbing and disinfecting walls, floors and other fixtures and fittings , so it's all fresh and new before the autumn/winter.

Hi there!
For the new followers, and a reminder for the older followers, I thought I would reintroduce myself.

My name is Jacky and I am the human behind Cheeky Mare Equine & Pet Care. I offer a variety of services to help look after your cheeky pets, from horses 🐎to hamsters 🐹 and cats 🐈‍⬛ to chickens 🐔

Pop-in visits are our most common, usually once or twice a day (can be more) depending on your needs and budget. During these visits, I can feed, water and exercise your pets, and shower them with all the love and attention they deserve. Even hamsters should have 30mins of free-range exercise a day!

Doggy day sits are available, for example, if you have nervous dogs that you can't leave but you have an appointment, I can come and sit with them in the comfort of their own home to help keep stress levels down 🐕

Overnight stays are possible but on a case by case basis, due to family and work commitments.

Other freelance groom services are available, from mucking out to mane pulling, and plaiting to pulling ragwort. So, if you are feeling a bit overwhelmed with your workload and list horsey🐴 chores, I am more than happy to help in any way I can.
