NEW SERVICE ADDED: TRAINING WALKS

RUBY 🐾 | Case Study

When Ruby first came to me in May, she was a super excitable pup — everyone and everything was the best thing ever… which meant LOTS of pulling to get to it. 😅

We wanted Ruby to enjoy the world without losing her handler, so our first focus was:
✅ Engagement outdoors
✅ Recall foundations
✅ Mental enrichment on walks

With further guidance from Alice at Underdog Training Academy, Debbie (Ruby’s owner) and I worked hard on loose lead walking and helping Ruby dial down that outdoor enthusiasm.

As Alice said: “She is a totally different dog from when we started.” 🥹

Ruby is now:
✨ More engaged with her handler
✨ Disengages faster from distractions
✨ Walks so much nicer on lead
✨ Can still work to command around distractions

We are still building, but she’s made incredible progress 💛
