Searching for bully owners who would like to share their stories!

Hey everyone! I am thinking about starting a small photography project to highlight the personalities and lives of dogs often misunderstood. As you all may know by now I absolutely adore my big giants and especially my bullies.

I used to partake in photography a few years ago and recently I’ve felt the drive to get back into it, but with a purpose behind it. I’m offering free photography sessions to any local owners of XL bullies or any other bully breed dog and alongside their photos I would like to include a short feature about your dog. Their personality, what they like day to day, the story on how you got them and what life has been like for you since the ban.

The goal of this project is simple:

•To show the real dogs behind the headlines

•To give owners the chance to tell their stories

•And to help people see these dogs for what they really are.

Each session would include:
• A relaxed photo shoot with you and your dog

• A few individual portraits of your pup

• A conversation about their personality and your experiences

• Your photos and story shared as part of the series (with your permission)

You’ll receive your photos to keep as well.

I feel so sorry for anybody who has never experienced love from a dog. He is my shadow, the first face I see when I wake up and the last I see before I go to bed (alongside my partner lol). He is my best friend. I was so so broken after losing Jackson, I never thought I’d be right again, and although Kobes doesn’t fill the Jackson size hole, he definitely has created a new space for himself. There is nothing more special than being blessed to love something so precious. Especially after experiencing such a heavy loss🤍xx

Portrait subjects

As we all know I absolutely adore my dogs, love working with them and absolutely love painting them too. But what you might not know is that my paintings do not end at just dogs!

I also do commissions for cats, small animals (rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters etc) as well as my three other favourite categories birds, horses and reptiles. So if you’ve desperately wanted a custom piece of artwork to have of your pets in your home, but was hesitant to contact me due to thinking maybe I didn’t cover those species, I most definitely do!

Standard A4 portraits are priced at £70 with a frame of your choosing and postage included. If you are interested in having more than one I offer a deal on two or bundles at a discounted rate.

It’s been a fantastic couple of weeks, we spent the first week of Feb caring for our favourite little sausage duo whilst their parents had a much needed break away! As well as me diving head first into portrait orders along side training my little poo head in the picture below🤍

I’m hoping to make some time over the next couple of weeks to put together a little portrait of my current 3 and Jackson with them too. Although Kobes and jacks never got to meet one another, I think creating something where I can see them both together in a piece of art will be somewhat of a comfort to me. These portraits aren’t just boring portraits that hold no substance, it’s a precious piece of the ones we love the most, carefully crafted and put together so we all get to keep them forever! And honestly, it’s one of my favourite parts of my job. I’m so lucky to get to help so many people by being hands on with their pooches, but to also connect with owners on a level who may be experiencing loss and getting to put together something so beautiful to help remember them by❤️‍🩹. If you would be interested in having a portrait done of any of your pets, it’s not exclusive to just dogs, feel free to send me a message and we can talk through ideas.

Who wouldn’t love to have a personalised pet portrait customised explicitly to match your pooches (I also do cats, small furries and reptiles😉) likeness and personality.
A beautiful sentimental gift for this Valentine’s Day. Or if you have a mumma who loves their animal babies, this may be the best way to say “I love you” this Mother’s Day🤍
