Irish setter Lulu is adorable and I am quite jealous of her luscious long red hair. She has a bath, blowdry, I check her for any knotting under her arms and legs etc. Give her a good brush out and then trim up on the ears, paws and feathers.

*Warm weather update*

Hi All,

Just a note to say that any dogs booked in next week for full grooms or bath & brush services will be towel dried only.

I will not be using the blow dryer in the extreme heat we are meant to experience next week, this is for your pets safety and to avoid them from overheating. My high velocity dryer adds to an already humid environment in the van and I must take health & safety into consideration over aesthetics 🐶

Golden retreivers are my weakness and this boy was SO well trained. It was only his 3rd time being groomed and he did everything I asked him to do (which is a rarity in this job!) I didn’t have to lift him once, he just walked right into the bath and onto the table 🐶

Hi All,

Just a heads up with the weather set to be so hot next week I may be contacting a few of you to move your appointments to earlier or later in the day to avoid peak sunshine.

It gets extremely hot in the van and once its so hot that my air con unit cannot control the temperature anymore, I have to make the call to ensure the dog’s safety and that they won’t overheat ☺️
