Please can all clients ensure their dogs are collected promptly once you’ve been notified that their groom is complete.

After their appointment, most dogs are eager to head home, and extended waiting times can cause unnecessary stress. Late collections also impact our daily schedule and staff finishing times.

We completely understand that delays can occasionally happen — if you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Going forward, consistent late pick-ups may result in a late collection fee being introduced.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support. We truly appreciate all our lovely clients and their wonderful dogs 🐶 🐕 🫧 🫧

We are currently having issues with our phone. It's able to receive calls but it's silent on our end of the phone. We are currently getting tech to look into it

But if we do get snow tonight, please contact us via our page in the morning and we’ll be happy to rearrange your appointment.
