It's taken this long to get a photo of baby Bean! And what a photo it is 🥰

He's so stubborn and is still trying to act like he doesn't like a good chin rub from the big scary humans!
But we've seen so much progress with him already, he doesn't run and hide anymore when we come in the foster room and has realised we aren't all bad cuz we have the nummy yummy treats!

Bean isn't up for adoption yet and it will be through when they do :) if you are interested in a cat or kitten please go have a look at some of the available babies they have at the moment!

Ladies and gentlemen please meet Berry and Bean!

Cola is away back to the rescue so she has more chance to meet potential adopters and so we have taken on mum Berry and her last remaining baby, Bean!

She was found to have given birth to 7 kittens in a shed but they all have passed away due to anaemia and fleas, so little Bean is the only survivor.

Momma loves cuddles and attention, Beanie Baby is still a bit hesitant with new people but seems very interested in toys!

Once we get better photos we can show off Bean a little more :)

Biscuit is missing! Please keep an eye out for him!

MISSING! Biscuit has managed to escape from his home on Friars Walk in Formby, he's only been there a few days so doesn't know the area yet. He is a very friendly boy. Chipped to our rescue. Please share and help us find him ASAP!

Cola is SO affectionate she absolutely loves having your undivided attention but only when she says so 😂

Cola has a meeting next week so fingers crossed the nice lady wants to take her home!

Snoozy Sunday 💚

Little Cola is a DELIGHT! She is so gentle with human fingers but loves to play and has lots of energy.
She is a little purr machine who comes and seeks out your undivided attention when she wants a cuddle.

The newest foster, please meet COLA 💚

She's a purry lil bundle of fluff who immediately started purring and wanting a cuddle!
She is 10 weeks old and came to the rescue as a child in the home was allergic to her, so she's came to us so she has more space to be the fiesty lil tortie she is!
I'm already in love with her and she has the most UNIQUE markings!

My sweet lil space boi goes to his furever home today 😭

Hopefully he loves his new home and they love him as much as we do!

It's been a pleasure having him here, even if he did knock everything over 😂

We have been contacted and asked to share about this lovely cat called Marble looking for her new home!
Her current owner is moving and she cannot take her with and is completely devastated at having to give her up!

She is an ex street cat who is about 10 years old. She is very friendly and just loves to curl up with her human! She is also used to her alone time.

She is in line to go to a rescue but with all of them bursting at the seams we are trying to get ahead of that so as not to take space away in the rescues.

She enjoys sunbathing in the back garden but never goes very far and is looking to relax in her older years!

The prettiest boi with the prettiest eyes 😻😻

With our resident cats being on the smaller side, it's nice to have a chunky boy around with bigger beans to bless 💚

Happy National Pet day from us here at cat & ivy!

I'm addition to fosters we have our own cats too!
Our resident cover girl is the lovely Willow. A bengal x who will be 3 this summer! She was feral when I got her and still has some violent tendencies towards food and small birds but she is the biggest mommas girl and demands she gets picked up and rocked like a baby every day!

Her nicknames include Spook, Spooky boo, pumpkin, Goblin, feral baby and the middle child.

Miss Dusty is on her way to her furever home and so the next lodger here is TOMMY.

We met him previously but to recap Tommy is 12 years old and has cataracts in his eyes, so he doesn't have much sight!
This doesn't stop him going up and down the cat tree though, he just bumps his head on things sometimes!

He is chief biscuit maker and works very hard, though sometimes he drools because he just loves his job!

He is up for adoption with and is looking a home preferably with someone who has experience of blind cats. If you are interested please fill out an application form and someone will be in touch! 💚

Unfortunately Dustys new home has fallen through, so she is again up for adoption and looking for her own little retirement home!

She loves people but isn't a big fan of other cats so would love to have a castle all to herself.

She does have some health issues that are managed with supplements and doesn't like being left on her own! She is a chatty lady who likes all your attention 💚

DUSTY HAS A HOMEEEE 💚

Miss Dustykins had a meeting today with a lovely lady who cannot wait to adopt her!
All going well she will be living out her best life from next week!

The Lady Dustington is looking for her own little retirement home! She is a chatty, opinionated senior cat who loves nothing more than having a snooze in your lap! 💚

She is a little stiff in her old age but her daily supplements are helping her to get around with ease!
