So in regards to my last post, from 1st June a small non-refundable booking fee/deposit will be required to secure certain bookings ✨

This will include:
• Any bookings from new clients
• All overnight dog sits
• All overnight babysits
• Any weekend sits (day or night)

Booking fees/deposits will come off the final balance owed.

Good morning everybody ☺️
Hope your all well on this gorgeous morning 🌞

I just wanted to share a couple of things, for the first time in 2 years of doing this, ive had a few negative experiences recently

I know there's a first time for everything and overall I cant really complain!

Last week was the first time I’ve ever had to block someone due to rude messages and disrespectful behaviour. They were asking for personal details about myself, and where i live. When i politely explained that i dont need to give out personal information, and that ive never been asked before, he became very rude and abusive, and said he would leave negative comments on my page and business posts 😔

This was an older guy, that ive never met before asking for personal details about where I live .. as a young woman, my own privacy/safety will always come first.

It was also the first time I’ve not received a cancellation fee after turning other work away and reserving dates for nearly a 2week sit 😔

Because of this, I’ll now be taking deposits for future bookings, to protect my time and income.

Most of my clients are absolutely lovely, and im so grateful for the trust and support over the last 2 years🫶
