Happy Christmas to all my clients, another year and another thank you for being quite simply “The Best” thank you for your continued support. I appreciate you all. 🎅🎄

I also send my love and thoughts to all my clients whose dogs sadly passed away this year and I send out my love and thoughts to you and your family, I have special memories of them all, such well loved and cared for dogs that were part of a very special family, thinking of you all at Christmastime. 🤍

It’s that time of year again when I get to remind you, how amazing you are and how your continuing support through another turbulent year has meant the world 🌍 to me. I can’t thank you enough for your loyalty and kind words.

Thank you also for your kind gifts this Christmas, I’m so very lucky 🍀

🐶 🌟 I am now closed and will reopen on the 6th January so will get back to any messages as soon as possible on my return. 🌟 🐶

Remembering also the doggies that have passed over rainbow 🌈 bridge this year and years past, sending my thoughts to those that have loved and lost, but will never be forgotten 💗

✨Update for all existing customers✨

✨On March 29th 2021, Groomers can reopen again for ALL grooms. 🐶 ✨

I will be contacting all those clients that missed appointments due to this lockdown over the coming days.
Anyone that did not have an appointment but would like one please contact me and I will add you to my long list.

As you can appreciate this will take some time, I’ll do my best to see you all as soon as I can.

⭐️ 🐶Update for existing customers only. 🐶
(Unfortunately at this time I am unable to take on any new clients for grooms).

Further to the latest guidance set out, I will continue to be operating a limited service, following the guidelines for essential grooms only. This will apply during the current National lockdown, until I am able to reopen fully which looks to be April 12th, providing everything goes as planned with the roadmap that has been set out.

I will not be taking any bookings as yet for April in case of any late changes but a waiting list is in place. If you already had an appointment in the diary that was missed due to this lockdown you will already be on my waiting list and I will contact you.

If you have any concerns regarding your dogs comfort as a result of overgrown coats or nails that you feel is now becoming unmanageable at home and you feel it is affecting your dogs health or comfort do get in touch with me directly via text or phone 9am - 5pm.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding at this time, it really has been and is a worrying time for everyone but you have been so supportive and it really does make a difference.

Small update:
I just wanted to let you all know that following on from the Prime Minister's announcement yesterday about a roadmap for releasing Covid-19 restrictions, I am currently waiting for updated guidance from our governing bodies for Pet Businesses.
(Pet Industry Federation
Canine & Feline Sector Group &
DEFRA) to find out what this will mean for my business.

As always I am still here for you over the telephone or via text for any worries or concerns you may have regarding the maintenance of your dog’s coat during this lockdown. I will then be be able to assess your concerns and give appropriate advice and recommend a course of action, within the newly revised guidelines. This will be explained should you need to contact me.

Whilst dog groomers are not currently able to work as “business as usual”
Where a situation arises that a dogs health or comfort may be compromised and requires a Groomer intervention. The regulations do allow groomers to intervene in such a situation, however, this is for exceptional cases only. Please contact me if you have any such concerns.

Remaining Closed Update....

I recently let you all know that I would be closed during this current lockdown period. My decision was based on the limited guidelines not being clear, the high number of Covid cases in Somerset and to do my bit to support our NHS, as well as look after my family.

Yesterday, updated guidance from DEFRA clarified the situation on what Groomers can and can’t do during this lockdown. Restrictions have been further tightened, as a consequence, my position is that I will remain closed until further notice.

I am still here for you over the telephone or via text for any worries or concerns you may have regarding the maintenance of your dog’s coat during this lockdown. I will then be be able to assess your concerns and give appropriate advice and recommend a course of action, within the newly revised guidelines. This will be explained should you need to contact me.
