So lovely to see Harpo again bright and early this morning to beat the heat!

We’ve stripped things right back to the foundations with him, sometimes going back to basics is exactly what a dog needs to feel more confident and set up for success and with Harpo we’ve made everything super easy for him. We’ve also made sure we can fulfil his needs and take the pressure off him at the right moments. And already, he’s showing such a difference compared to our last session.

Progress can sometimes hide and now show itself when you see your dog day to day, it can creep up slowly being consistent is where the magic happens.

Can’t wait to see how things keep moving forward for him! 🥰

Another sad day as we loose Lucy 💔 I met her in 2018 when she had a lovely 92 year old (at the time) owner. Unfortunately her owner had passed away in 2020 before Covid had hit.

She then landed on her feet with my sister and has been glued to my sister for all this time. Lucy would run miles and miles but she would always come back no matter what. She’d run into one bush and come out of a totally different bush always so happy. As she’s aged shes lost all that young energetic sparkle but still tried her best to be with my sister. My heart is breaking for her and my brother in law.

Lucy was always such a special dog and that’s why I refused to just let her go into a rescue.

You will be missed so much. Please say hi to Betty for me Lucy, enjoy all your walks with Bert too 🩵

If anyone loves to walk in Styal Woods next to Quarry Bank Mill with their dogs & family, National Trust have decided to permanently close off one of the bridges leaving the lovely big loop walk in two separate parts which is quite devastating!

I’ve walked on that bridge for many many years and have a picture of puppy Tofu crossing that bridge.

If anyone else is just as sad as I am that they have decided not to fix the bridge or provide any kind of crossing please sign this petition to try encourage NT to fix it.

Today I met Nayeli the ex Colombia street dog 🐕

She doesn’t like bikes, scooters or motorbikes and struggles with joggers & some strangers. So as always we’ve got to start with the basics so we can help her achieve more down the line.

Clear communication is a must and with ex street dogs we have to find other motivating factors

Can’t wait to see her again 🥰

Simba the red fox Labrador had his first training session today 😍

This 10month old boy is truly becoming a teenager 🤓 he’s quite nervous of everything as well. So we went right back to basics. The very easy stuff for him to learn and he was quick with what we taught him!
