Some important info regarding our Tik Tok Shop…⚠️

Our Tik Tok shop will be CLOSED going forwards, our Tik Tok account will still be running but the shop will no longer be available for you to place orders on…

I wasn’t going to post about why, but it’s infuriated me so I’m going to do it..
I sent a personalised blanket to a customer (not the one in the photo!) they recieved the order quite a while ago, and have just requested to return it today because it’s “No longer needed”….
These items are personalised, you cannot just return items after a long period after they have been delivered due to you just not wanting them anymore - I’m sorry but this is not acceptable..😐😳

These items can’t just be sent back when there’s nothing actually wrong with them and sold to someone else, they are personalised to you as customers and as a small business I cannot allow returns to be automatically accepted and refunds to be allowed by Tik Tok for such a poor reason ⛔️

I am going back to what I know best and that’s Etsy, I set the terms myself which is no returns on personalised items, and I have never had any issues with my customers through there 🩷
