We’ve never planted pumpkins 🎃

But our pigs ate lots donated by woore_fruit_farm a couple of years ago and now we get our own pumpkin patch every year! 😍

On Thursday we collected 9 birds from someone who hatched and then ended up being threatened by her landlord.

Whilst she cared deeply about her birds and was super sad to see them go, 8 of them are boys and she lived in a residential area.

Neighbour complaints are a given.

We now have 9 new pals. Taking us up to 38 cockerels 🐓

Please do reach out if you have space for a friendly boy in your flock. They’re great flock protectors, keep the girls in check as they break up fights, and they deserve a flock of their own 🐓❤️

He’s been with us for 3 years now, and has grown so much in confidence🥰

Have you ever wanted to get covered in p**p and slobber? And go home aching but with a huge grin on your face?

We are looking for volunteers to join us, and we have an induction day this Sunday morning! Come along and see what we do and volunteer for a couple of hours to see if it’s right for you 💩

We are looking for people who can commit to a minimum of 2 hours a week, which is one shift per week. We are located in Madeley CW3.

Our morning shifts are 8-10am (longer if you can stay 😍), and our evening shifts are 5:30-7:30pm (evening shifts change depending on the time of year).

You must be over 14 to volunteer, and if you’re under 18 then you must be accompanied by someone over 18 for all of your shift.

Fill in a volunteer form and we will get back to you with more info for this Sundays induction 🐷
