A gentle moment from one-to-one therapy 💛✨

Today’s session was all about creativity, calm, and connection — crafting bracelets while Lolly stayed close, offering her support 🐾

Every session is different, and that’s what makes them so special. Sometimes we do yoga 🧘‍♀️, sometimes we dance 💃, sometimes we get creative with crafts 🎨 — all guided by what feels right in the moment.

These experiences help build confidence, support emotional wellbeing, and create a safe, positive space to grow.
