Look at this transformation! ✨

Monty finds grooming a little stressful so we take a low-pressure approach. This means we are completely relaxed and make sure we take extra breaks, handle him gently and provide him with lots of positive reinforcement.

By the end, he was completely relaxed and even wagging his tail!

It’s not just about the cut for us, it’s about building trust and building trust takes time.
