So it’s that time of year to wish all our lovely customers, old and new a wonderful Christmas 🤶 🎉🎅 🎄🎁
We appreciate each and every one of you and we thank you for choosing to train with us or walk your dogs with us. We are so lucky to do what we do and we can only do that thanks to you all. So have the best time and we hope 2025 is great year for you all.

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas… 🎅

We love our walking family and we teamed up with Santa this year to make sure the furbabies have a nice treat from us over Christmas.

Kennel Cough is doing the rounds again.
The harsh hacking cough may sound like your dog has something stuck in their throats.

Its a contagious respiratory infection that spreads easily from close contact. Airborne droplets are transmitted when a dog barks, sneezes or coughs. It can also be passed on by sharing contaminated food bowls, bones and toys etc.
It is rarely dangerous and clears up on it's own after a week or so, but like humans with a cold, the old, very young and immune compromised are more vulnerable so extra care should be taken with them.
The incubation period is between 2 - 14 days, dogs can be infectious without showing any symptoms therefore if your dog has been in contact with a suspected kennel cough case, keep them in and away from other dogs to help stop the spread

Treatment for most dogs is just plenty of rest, a calm quiet atmosphere, plenty of fluids, and manuka honey can help soothe a sore throat.

Huge congratulations to the gorgeous King Maia, Myla who have recently achieved their @ College of scent dogs Constable level and to Monty who achieved his Sergeant level. What an amazing day yesterday running our 1st College of scent dogs inspector assessment for our scent work teams. Every team passed and I couldn’t be prouder 🥰 We also had a special guest come and assess the teams too. Thanks to Helen Byrne at K9 sats who came along for the day and made the day extra special with a demo from her lovely dog Nellie. Congratulations to everyone

Please welcome Chester the cocker spaniel to the walking family!! He is ball obsessed, spins around on the spot and likes to dunk his face in the water bowels. There’s never a dull moment with this loveable boy! 🐶❤️

Well done to Loki, Venn, Magik & Jarvis on passing their Constable level scent work assessments. To achieve this the dogs need to be able to search and locate the scent of gun oil and indicate to their handlers that they have found it. All of these amazing dogs passed with flying colours. Well done 👏👏👏👏
