Blythwood Vets is part of Linnaeus Veterinary Ltd (A Mars Company). Our clinics are located in Hatch End, Bushey, Northwood and Stanmore.

We are a small group of veterinary surgeries focused on small animal care located in North London. We offer a friendly, experienced veterinary service; many of our staff and clients have been with us for many years. You can reach us 7 days a week and outside of our normal opening hours offer a 24 hour emergency service.

🐾 Handsome Rolley was in with us recently for his castration – and what a lovely patient he was! 💙

Neutering is a routine procedure that comes with lots of long-term health and behavioural benefits. It can help reduce the risk of certain diseases and unwanted behaviours, as well as prevent unplanned litters.

Our team made sure Rolley was comfortable every step of the way—and he went home with plenty of cuddles (and a few treats too!). 🐶💕

Did you know that we proudly provide veterinary care for many of the incredible cats at the RSPCA North West London and South Hertfordshire Branch? Fabulous felines like Porsche and Maserati get the care they need thanks to the dedication of the RSPCA team and their amazing volunteers.

Not all journeys start where you'd expect…

“I had always wanted to be a policewoman since I was 10 years old — but everything changed when I did my school work experience at my local vet, Turner & Cheal in Edgware (as it was then). I absolutely loved it! The team, the variety of animals, the fact that no two days were the same, and being able to help in all aspects of nursing — it just clicked. I went on to get my first job there and even made some lifelong friends along the way.”

What a beautiful reminder that inspiration can come from unexpected places, and sometimes one experience is all it takes to change the course of your life. 🐾💚
