ERADU Ceramics

ERADU Ceramics Eva is a London based designer-maker. In Eva's work, elegant lines melt tradition and trends in a stylish silhouette to meet the need of modern life.

Eva works in the fields of ceramic design, tableware and home decor is what enjoys the most. She set up her practice as soon as she's graduated from Staffordshire University, Stoke-on-Trent. Eva has been exploring and creating since she was very young. Hence, she entered a High School of Applied Arts at the age of 13. Ceramics, along with painting, drawing and sculpture were the main subjects. It

was the beginning of a journey. Eva starts a new chapter in 2013 when she moves to the UK to complete a master degree. She had already completed a bachelor degree in ceramic back in Bulgaria. However, the need for advancing her skills brought her to Stoke on Trent to do a course in Ceramic design. She enjoys working with both porcelain and bone china. Her source of inspiration comes from the challenge of blending classic techniques with innovative design. In Eva's work, clear lines fuse tradition and trends in a stylish silhouette that meet the needs of modern life. The designer uses slipcasting to create elegant shapes. It is a ceramic forming technique which gives the feasibility of replicating a form at its best quality. Besides, adding vivid pigments to casting slip allows her to play with colours to enrich the shapes she designs. A clear glaze adds a final spark.

My name is Eva Radulova. I am the creative force behind ERADU Ceramics.

This year I am exhibiting at Ceramic Art London. I
have been passionate about exploring and creating since I was very young so I enrolled in a School of Applied Arts at 13. Ceramics and visual arts were my main subjects. It was the beginning of a journey that led me to pursue a master's degree in ceramics
design at Staffordshire University, Stoke-on-Trent.

Today, you will find me in my studio in South East
London, where I enjoy working with porcelain,
appreciating the possibilities of creating elegant colour variations.

I use the slipcasting technique to create my work.
My work is a harmonious blend of traditional design and modern trends, with a tactile touch for the special moments of healing solitude.

Come see me at CAL.

I have some exciting news to share with you! I will be exhibiting at don this year, which is a big deal for me. I feel both thrilled and terrified at the same time, and I can't express how much it means to me. It would be amazing if you could visit me at the exhibition - seeing a familiar face would mean the world to me.
