SuperDog Training Academy helps you train your dog through skill enhancing games which are fun for both owner and dog. We help you understand your dog better and build a closer relationship so that you become a team in and outside the home

Miranda and Rebecca are force free trainers, positive reinforcement. Between them they have six dogs of all shapes and sizes and have dealt with many dog issues from reactivity to separation anxiety. We offer 1-2-1 training as well as group classes.

Here are my top tips for a quiet video call (with a dog in the house):

1. Rotate chews – keep it fresh so your dog doesn’t roll their eyes at the yak bar (again).
2. Match chew to time – short call = quick chew, long call = frozen Kong fortress.
3. Freeze it – slows them down and buys you actual peace.
4. Chew + mat = chill – pair it with a settle space for maximum calm vibes.
5. Keep it safe – skip the rawhide, supervise the crunching. No dog dramas mid-meeting

5 Minutes in the Life of Scrappy

One moment she’s out cold, snuggled up and dreaming of sausages… the next, she’s in full play-mode, launching into a spontaneous wrestle with Bruno or Scooby like someone flipped a switch.

Life with a teenage dog is full of sudden shifts- calm to chaos in seconds! It’s all totally normal (and totally exhausting), but also part of what makes this age so much fun to work with. Sleep is a must to keep her sane so there are times she is popped into the crate for a longer undisturbed sleep!
