So I know we can't please everyone but sometimes reviews like this hit hard especially when you know you went above and beyond to care for someone's dog during their stay.
This particular owner was unhappy with his previous Kennel and seemed to be in a permanent foul mood 🙄 looks like it's our turn to be on the receiving end!!
We give our all to all our guests..they are treated like our own 🐾 very disappointed with this.. 😕 We also explain our opening times clearly to avoid disappointment!
We rely on positive reviews on Google to help support our business 🙏
Oh well..onwards 😐
