Lola and I thoroughly enjoyed our final walk together this afternoon as one of her owners has now retired.

Wishing them all the best for the future going to miss our regular walks together and her amazing welcomes. First picture is one of our first ever walks when Lola was a puppy and the second picture was this afternoon.🐶🐾💕

Winnie Wednesdays! 🐾🐶 it’s far too hot to walk so just kept her company with access to plenty of fresh water and access to go out for a wee!

I’ve already seen at least 2 owners walking their dogs in this heat when on my way to Winnie, their poor feet😡!

❗️Remember if you’re not sure if it’s too hot for your dog let alone their paws put the palm of your hand on the pavement for at least 5 seconds if it’s too hot for you it’s too hot for them! Please keep them indoors with the fan on and with access to plenty of fresh tepid water. Dogs won’t die from missing a walk but they can if they get heat stroke❗️

Hugo and I have had some lovely walks the past couple of weeks whilst his owner has been away!😊🐶🐾

❗️Please remember NOT to walk your dogs in really hot weather as it can be lethal! Either walk them first thing in the morning and last thing at night whilst it’s cool or not at all. Your dogs will thank you for it keep them inside with access to their cooling mats if you have one and fresh tepid water! You can also turn your fan on to help keep them cool too❗️

Well dog walking this morning was very interesting completely different to yesterday’s walk!

Lola was a bit suspicious of the snow at first then absolutely loved running about in it and chasing the other dogs! Poor Hugo didn’t like it much and preferred yesterdays walk as you can see below. ❄️❄️❄️❄️🐶🐶
