The MAD DOG MCC came about whenever our founder member Don McFarlane met up in the late seventies with the 30 motorcycle club of Ulster by accident. A friendship was struck up and to this day we are still involved with 30MCC events. In 1981 Don and 3 other founder members decited to form a similar club of there own with a common interest in classic / vintage motorcycles. And so the MAD DOG MCC sta

rted with humble beginnings and today 41 years later still going strong. The first classic run the MAD DOG MCC ran in 1981 was on Easter Monday where these brave few, believe it or not, completed the run in snow. The club is now in its 41 year and a good membership of 30+ members. The club is all about motorcycles of all types and sizes but we all have a particular fondness for classic / vintage machinery. The MAD DOG MCC is well known in Fermanagh and indeed Scotland for some motorcycling antics - but are equally well known for all types of fund raising and charity events - to name one - a run covering every county in Ireland for Clic Sergent in one day. Hi Folks It’s July and only a few weeks to go for our “ Fallen Brothers Poker Run. “
Where we remember our own fallen brothers and every biker who has been taken while doing what they love.
This year we have a new route taking in the coast and some of our forgotton older roads , brilliant for riding which will be great for all types of bikes and styles ! Come join us for a great day out !

The Club would like to express our thanks to everyone for the support over the last few weeks as we mourn the loss of our dear friend and brother Vinny Smith RIP. 💔
From his final journey home, his wake at our clubhouse, his final night at his own home and his beautiful funeral mass. Vinny would have loved the farewell that he was given.
Vinnys Months Mind Mass is at 11am next Sunday 13th October at the Holy Cross Church Lisnaskea for anyone who wishes to attend. Thank you all once again.

Vinny will be leaving his home tomorrow morning at 10:30 could all bikers wishing to attend tomorrow please arrive outside the Holy Cross Church Lisnaskea for 10:00 and follow the parking guidance. Then please proceed towards Vinnys home where we will wait at the bottom of his lane and walk behind the family up to the chapel.

The club would like to announce the untimely death of our dear club member and friend Vinny Smith. To say that we are all heartbroken to say the least. Vinny was the life and sole of the club and he will leave a deep hole in our hearts. 💔

We want to express our sincere sympathies to our club member Shea Smith and the rest of his family and friends.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later and we will then organise a guard of honour.

RIP Vinny.
