"There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to Cheryl for the care, compassion, and kindness she showed when she came to help Sasha.

Saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing we have ever had to do, but Cheryl made what felt unbearable into something so gentle, calm, and full of love. Being able to let her go at home, in her own space, surrounded by the people who loved her most, was the greatest gift we could have given her — and Cheryl made that possible.

The way she spoke to Sasha, handled her so softly, and gave us the time and space we needed meant more than we can ever properly explain. In such a heartbreaking moment, she brought a sense of peace and reassurance that we will never forget.

Sasha was such a huge part of our lives, and helping her pass with dignity and without fear is something we will always be thankful for. Cheryl didn’t just do her job — she gave Sasha, and us, a truly beautiful and peaceful goodbye.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Cheryl. We will always remember your kindness."

“There are truly no words to fully express how grateful we are to Cheryl for the compassion and kindness she showed when helping our beloved dog, Lola, pass peacefully at home.

Saying goodbye to Lola was one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives, but Cheryl made it as gentle and peaceful as it could possibly be. Her calm presence, soft approach, and genuine care brought us so much comfort in such an incredibly difficult time.

She treated Lola with such dignity, love, and respect, and gave us the time and space we needed to say goodbye properly. We will never forget that.

We will always be forever grateful for what she did for us and for Lola. What she does is truly special, and we feel so lucky that it was her who helped us through such a painful moment.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

Remembering a very special Border Terrier who reached the incredible age of 19 🤍

It was such a privilege to help this lovely family say goodbye in the comfort of home, where their beloved companion could be surrounded by familiarity, love, and peace.

“Cheryl was absolutely superb and the service excellent. A lovely way to say goodbye to our 19 year old Border Terrier. I will never forget how he looked so peaceful throughout and after the event. Thank you Cheryl.”

One of the greatest comforts for many families is being able to say goodbye to their beloved pet in the familiarity of home. My aim with in-home pet euthanasia is always to provide a calm, gentle and compassionate farewell, allowing pets to remain where they feel safest, surrounded by the people who love them. 🕊🩵

Purdy was a deeply loved member of Anne and Richard’s family for 17 wonderful years. It was a privilege to support them at home during such a heartfelt goodbye, ensuring Purdy was surrounded by comfort, familiarity, and love.

I’m incredibly grateful to the families who trust me during some of their hardest moments. I wanted to share these very kind words from Eclipse’s family 🤍

“A few weeks ago, we faced the difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved 14-year-old lady, Eclipse. Her health had rapidly declined due to pancreatic cancer. Despite a busy evening, Cheryl made time to visit us. We called her late in the evening and she came just over an hour later. She arrived exactly on time, was incredibly compassionate, empathetic, and comforting, and explained everything clearly. She ensured that nothing felt rushed and gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes to our precious girl. Cheryl took care of everything afterwards, which was so appreciated.
It was a huge comfort (for us and Eclipse) being able to say our final goodbye at home, without the stress of taking Eclipse to the vet. She spent her final moments in her favourite place with her (hopefully!) favourite people. Eight months ago, we had to say goodbye to Eclipse’s mum, Aria, in the veterinary hospital and it was so much more difficult.
If you ever have to make the painful decision to let your pet go, don’t hesitate to contact Cheryl. Everypaws Gentle Goodbyes is exactly what you need. Thank you, Cheryl, really. You allowed us to turn one of the worst moments into a beautiful memory.”

I’m so grateful to be able to support families in moments like these. Their words mean more than I can say:

“We had to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Oscar last weekend and our hearts are broken. He had been part of the family for 16 years and although it was time, it was one of the toughest times to go through. Cheryl supported us throughout the process and whilst devastating, there was calm and peace that Oscar deserved in his final moments. Thank you Cheryl for supporting us all at this sad time, but most of all thank you for giving Oscar the dignity he deserved.

We miss his little feet tapping on the floor, we miss him curled up in front of the fire. We are so lucky to have loved him all his life and hope he’s having fun over the rainbow bridge. Such a loss Oscar… we love and miss you so much.

Thank you Cheryl again, what you do makes such a difference.”
