I’m Lucy, and I’m the proud founder of Beau’s Best Friends. I’ve been a devoted dog owner all my life — in fact, I can’t remember a time when a dog or cat wasn’t close by! Over the years, I’ve cared for many breeds, including Basset Hounds and Dachshunds, and today I share my home with two wonderful rescue dogs:

Alongside my dogs, I’ve also cared for cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, snakes, birds, and other small animals. So, whatever kind of companion you have, you can trust that they’ll receive the same love and care as my own pets. They bring joy, comfort, and unconditional love into our lives — and they deserve the very best in return. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and enriching experience for every animal in my care. Whether I’m walking your dog, visiting your cat, or caring for your small pets, I’ll treat them as if they were my own — ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and loved every step of the way. I am:

Having experience with rescue dogs, I understand that some can be nervous or reactive. That’s why I offer solo dog walks only, unless pets are from the same household. Every pet is unique, so I tailor my care packages to meet their individual needs. All new clients begin with a Meet & Greet session to ensure the perfect fit — right from the start.
