We had the lovely Ralph come to stay again for 5 days. Ralph is so lovely and funny, he knows his own mind and when going for walk will let you know which way he wants to go

Ralph loved to sit on arm of chair and sleep on the bed. Ralph would always let us know if anyone comes into cul-de-sac

Ralph is such a lovely boy, he gets on with all dogs and loves a cuddle

We had the lovely Jasper who came to stay for 3 weeks. Jasper was an absolute star, he was so good, Roxy and Jasper loved to give each other a kiss each day, and he got on so well with the other dogs had staying, he had trials with them all before hand. Jasper loved to follow me round everywhere and slept on bed with me.

Jasper loved to go up the field and play and go for walks and play with my friends dogs Tia and Tilly.

Jasper fitted in so well and we will certainly all miss him.

We had the lovely Lou come to stay for another overnight stay with our other resident dogs. Lou is so sweet and good, loved to sniff around in garden. We took him up the field as it is very shady, which he loved. Lou also likes a fuss on sofa.

Lou slept so well in his bed upstairs with Roxy and other dogs. Lou was golden and got on so well with all the dogs, he is a such placid dog. Thank you Sam and Katie for letting us look after him, such a good boy ❤️

We had the lovely Bella come to stay for the weekend with Roxy and other resident dog. Bella is a sweetie, quiet and takes a while to settle in, but as the weekend went on, she gained in confidence and spending time up the field with Roxy, other dog we have, Tia and Tilly, really helped her, she gained confidence and was soon walking around off the lead.

Bella is lovely, such a sweet, quiet girl.

Bella's owners have messaged me to thank us as she obviously had a lovely time, and certainly home from home, as our website and facebook say.

We have had the lovely sweet Maxi stay with us for 3 weeks, he is an absolute star and always fits straight in and certainly becomes part of the family.

Maxi loves to sleep on the bed and follow us around.

Whilst Maxi has been staying, Rex was with him for a few days, Ned overnight and our current other resident dog. He was absolutely brilliant with all of them and Roxy of course.

Maxi is so good, he can go anywhere with us, so during his stay went to the garden centre with us, pubs, Kings Bromley Show, to my dad's. He has been up the field lots and loves to look at the chickens. Maxi we will certainly miss you.

Maxi is such a good boy, thank you Lidy for letting us look after Maxi again, he is a star ❤️

We have 2 lovely dogs staying, who I have been walking them at 6.00 am and late at night as been so hot.

Today as it has been cooler, they have been helping us up field with Roxy, Tia and Tilly.

Can I say a big thank you to Margaret and Chris for allowing us to extend the paddock area at the field, so we have a totally secure and private area for dogs who are staying with us can have a run around, play or can just chill out for the morning, afternoon or all day.

Margaret, Chris, Ashley & myself have been working so hard to extend the area and ensure 100% secure. It is such a lovely place to spend time. The Sanctuary as we call it, for family, friends and puppy dogs.

It is not 100% complete yet, but we are about 80% there now. Here are a few photos to show you what we have been up to, so we have a lovely place for your dogs to go, which is private, not for hire.

We had the lovely, happy Ned come to stay overnight with our other resident dog.

Ned is such a lovely boy, he likes to play and follow you everywhere, especially in the kitchen.

Ned was so good with Roxy and the other dog we have. Ned decided he would like to sleep on the bed last night, so Ash had Roxy and other dog we have, and I went in spare room with Ned. Anything to keep puppy dogs happy, and Ned's owners did say, he could sleep on bed.

Ned is such a gentle, loveable and happy boy.

We had the lovely Sully come for an overnight stay with Roxy and our other dog we currently have. They all got on so well.

Sully is such a lovely, happy boy and so good, he was an absolute pleasure to have. He loved playing with a ball in the little paddling pool.

We had the lovely Rex come to stay from 19th to 31st July. Rex was such a good and loveable boy.

Rex got on so well with the girls, and loved to go out in the car to walk with Margaret's dogs and go to my dad's flat to say hi to everyone.

He also loved going to the field to see the pygmy goats, sheep and go in the caravan.

Rex was such a happy boy and a joy to have. He loved his fuss and cuddles.

We are devasted to let you know, we lost our lovely, beautiful queen bee Bella. She was fine one minute and the next had a tumor burst, which we did not know anything about. We rushed her to vets, but unfortunately we had to have her put to sleep.

You will all know from meeting Bella, she was the best, we rehomed her not knowing she was having puppies, and she had the best puppies.

Bella was a Diva, but the best dog anyone could have we are absolutely devasted to lose our beautiful girl.

Your baby girl Roxy will miss you so much.

Thank you Bella for giving us the best 10 years. We Love you and will miss you so much, you are with Jack now.

You will be forever in our hearts, we will all miss you so much 💙

We now have dogs booked in, all the way through until 2nd November, so will put photos of the lovely dogs we have staying on the owners return x

December is mostly booked up and started to get bookings for next year.

We are so grateful and have had and have the most amazing dogs come to stay ❤️
