Make sure they do not have access to any of those listed on the picture and have Out Of Hours Emergency hospital's number accessible to hand, your own vets will have out of hours hospital details if you ever need them.

We recommend starting at 12-weeks of age. The very first grooming appointment is an introduction to the puppy and the owner to the world of grooming. The puppy will be introduced to a bath, blow drying, nail clipping, and slight trimming. Did you know ..? Some useful tips for firework season coming very soon
1. Keep them indoors:
Make sure they had exercise during day and had chance to go to the toilet.
2. Give them safe place to hide:
Set up a spare room as comfortable as possible or just a place to hide, keep the blinds and curtains closed.
3. Drown out the nice:
Turn on the radio or TV with comforting music to calm them down.
4. Update tags and microchip details:
Make sure your pets have up to date tags as well as microchip details in case if they run away and get lost.
5. Keep calm:
Do not punish your pets for being scared, stay calm and they will learn from you.
