Hiya all. We have had a growing number of no show appointments over the last few weeks and it is crippling on a small business like us and unfair on our lovely groomers who end up having to sit around waiting until their next client comes in.

We do not take deposits, or charge a late cancellation or no show fee.

We know life can be hectic sometimes and things happen which is why we are very accommodating and will always try to move you around and fit you in when your plans change- even with short notice- but when it’s a simple no show we no longer have enough time to fill the slot you haven’t turned up to. We send 48 hour text reminders so it’s very frustrating that these no shows keep occurring

We are a very relaxed salon when it comes to changing and moving appointment’s around so please have some consideration for our small business and our groomers that work incredibly hard - sometimes late into the evening - to accommodate your busy schedules and get you an appointment you request as soon as possible.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and trust us with your beautiful fur babies- your are more then appreciated! 🤍🐾
