🔹🔹Important AGM meeting on Friday 26th June at 7:30- meeting at The Greyhound, Burton on the wolds to discuss the future of the club due to resignations of the current committee at the end of this season🔹🔹

What people need to think about is:
🔹Soarvalley riding clubs future
🔹The end of 2026 season presentation and what our members would like/prefer

🔹SVRC Show Day is Here!🔹

Today’s the day!
🔹Gates open at 8:30am, with the In-Hand and Show Jumping Ring commencing at 9:30am, followed by the Ridden showing ring and Working Hunter Ring starting at 10:30am.

🔹We can’t wait to see all of our competitors, supporters, families, and friends. Come along, enjoy the day, and help us make it another fantastic event by showing your support for SVRC!

📸 Carrick Photography will be with us throughout the day, capturing all your action shots and special moments.

☕🍰 K&H Catering & Cakes will be on-site serving fresh food, delicious cakes, and hot and cold drinks all day.

💧 A friendly reminder to bring plenty of water for your horses/ ponies!

☀️☀️Are you ready??☀️☀️

🔹We are so excited to welcome you all tomorrow for our second show of the season, remember, inhand and ridden judges are talent spotting!

🔹Be prepared for the warm weather, we have Sankeys food van available for fresh food and drinks!

🔹A polite reminder about equine influenza and to be mindful of horses/ponies touching noses and sharing equipment especially water buckets etc!

❗️EQUINE INFLUENZA❗️

We are aware that cases in Leicestershire are on the rise, so, to prevent the spread best we can we will be doing random passport spot checks when collecting back numbers at the entry box to keep your ponies/horses safe the best we can!

🔹Things to remember on Sunday🔹
❗️Your pony or horses passport
❗️Don’t share equipment with other competitors
❗️Avoid nose to nose contact between your horses

Let’s try our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible and be considerate of space between horses in and around the ring!

We can’t wait to see you all!!
