Hey, human moms and dads—here’s what happens to my paws when you take me out in the blazing sun and the pavement is scorching! I sweat through my paws, and when it’s this hot, I can’t cool off because my paws are burning. Skipping a walk won’t hurt me—let me chill inside and take me out once the sun goes down.
If you spot someone walking their dog on hot pavement, kindly suggest they try it barefoot for the rest of the way. They might just understand how much it hurts.

Honestly…the last two weeks have been a nitemare and now Giles Arthur and Amber are at the vets as they could have potentially eaten poisoned bacon this morning on their walk. They were sniffing the ground. I went to investigate. Moved away the bracken and found raw smoked bacon tucked under the bracken. God only knows who would stuff raw bacon somewhere like that.
The incident t is being taken seriously and is being reported to the police. So worried.
