Have a fantastic Christmas 🎄, no matter how big or small people’s plans will be this year. One thing I can guarantee, is that you all have the best of company when it comes to Dogs.Tomorrow we begin exciting changes on the facilities at Day care, this will bring some incredible results for 2025. Any bookings or enquiries, I will reply but expect delays. Any meet and greets booked in over the break, will be going ahead as planned. 🎅 Have a good break !

🚨2025/26 update 🚨

The price for Day care will be increasing slightly,those who attend more than once a week ,there will be no change in price. Boarding will also remain the same rates. We will still offer pre 7am and post 6pm at the increased rate , however we will need notice.To continue to develop facilities, we will require payment on the day. The payment increase will be for 2025. The cancellation policy that we put in place earlier in the year is still in place. The rise is in price is to continue improving facilities.

🎄We always celebrate Christmas in style here at Greenfields, and this year is going to be special ☃️, we will be closing on the 18th of December being the last Day, with a return date of Monday the 6th of January.

Flexibility in drop off and collection within hours.
Home from home boarding.

Thank you to all of the Dog owners that make the effort week in and week out. we will be bringing some incredible extras into 2025. Any Dogs on the waiting lists will be contacted with updates.

we honour the immense sacrifices made by generations of men and women, as well as Animals who served our nation in times of war and conflict.

Here are the Famous Fifty.

In World War I these men, the youngest being just 17 years of age, marched from St John the Baptist church in Hugglescote to Coalville train station where they boarded trains destined for France. They bravely volunteered their services and were among the first to arrive to serve our country. Only 21 men returned.

We think these men have a place in all of our hearts.

Canine hero Judy pure-bred liver and white-coloured pointer stole the hearts of the nation in 1945 when news of her exploits and time served as an official Prisoner of War were revealed to the public. She returned to Britain, along with thousands of Allied troops, following Victory over Japan Day (VJ Day).

In a world where you are frequently judged on what you can and can’t say or do, at least you still have a choice.Some corporations seem to forget the significance of remembrance.

Thank you to everyone who has served and still serves, at Greenfields we hold the highest of Respect.

No update , just a thank you 🙏We appreciate all the gifts,cards vouchers,flowers,clothes,toys 🌸it took us by surprise to be honest, how generous this group is. I don’t see you all as customers, much more than that ! We hope you all know that if any of you are ever in need , not just dog related just drop us a message or a call. 💚

Yearly update 🚨

Going forwards Boarding will just be open to Dogs who have been with us before, and Dogs who attend Day care. The reason for this is simple , Dogs are pack Animals and if someone joins the pack (boarding crossed into Day care) they need to fit in, for some this isn’t always the case.That is fine and to be honest some of the nicest Dogs I have ever walked,looked after have been just right in there own company and not with others. If you join the Day care, you will be added on to our system and can book Boarding. If you have already booked boarding for 2024 and you do not attend the Day care this is fine. If you have messaged about boarding, came to a meet and greet but have not paid any deposit, you booking will be void. We will be increasing the charge of Boarding to £45 a night (24 hours) the price increase is only on new bookings, “why my kennel is only £26” is one question we got asked once, which the answer is simple the difference between a 4x4 concrete floor with a couple of toilet breaks, to the service we provide cannot be compared, this isn’t kennel bashing - but there is a reason it’s more expensive for a one to one service with your Dog/Dogs. Day care Dogs ! Thanks for sticking by us in one of the wettest starts of the year we’ve ever seen ☔️ we have had some fantastic new starters, and unfortunately some leaving due to job changes ( elsie still not used to it 🥲😂). We are very much aware of what other Day cares charge, and we are one of the cheapest as well as most adapted to work shifts (we open at 7, hello 6am Dogs 🐕). We have added the log cabin with air con and heating but generally the costs are around the same, this means there will be no price increase for Day care Dogs 2024 🎉 we will however have a new addition arriving soon, the plan is closing for 1 week potentially going into 2, this all depends on how everything goes, no pressure Hannah 😬 . As always, thank you to all the Dogs and Dog Parents, it wouldn’t be possible without you all 💚.
