Hi everyone! It's AGM month, which means we're looking for a new committee for the 2022/23 academic year.
We're aware that the society has not been that active this year and many of you couldn't get as involved as you would have liked - we did not have a full committee and changing personal circumstances over the year made it difficult for us to properly run the society.
However, we're hoping that the society can get up and running again next year, and to do that, we need a new committee. By nominating yourself for one of the following roles, you'll be able to get more involved in running the society, meet other students, and will have something great to add to your CV!
Roles up for grabs are -
- President
- General Secretary
- Treasurer
- Accessibility Officer
- Social Media Secretary
- Volunteering Secretary
- Social Secretary
- International Student Representative
To nominate yourself, you'll just need to write a short manifesto explaining why you want to be on the committee and why you're suited to the role you're applying for (no more than 200 words).
