Due to the diverse nature of our sanctuary each one of these bins represents food for one breed of animal. Baby Buzz would happily eat from any of these bins ! It does highlight where the £350 monthly feed bill goes, and that doesn’t even include the sanctuary animals hay 😨

Did you know that sheep experience many of the emotions aligned with humans ? Pete, our resident Shetland hottie, is very in touch with his emotions 🤣 He knows when to give cuddles, tells you he has missed you everyday, and also pats you with his hoof when he wants more stomach rubbing. His tail even wags. He is adorable 🥰

Sometimes life’s struggles and stresses can get on top of us. It is sometimes hard to navigate a ‘noisy’ head, feelings of anxiousness, sadness, isolation or loneliness. The anticlimax of Christmas can also take its toll, especially to the finances. If you need peace and time out please pop us a message. You are more than welcome to come to the sanctuary and sit with the alpacas, donkeys, sheep and goats. We can’t guarantee a quick fix, but we can guarantee unconditional love and peace and quiet. No judgement. Free x please share

We need on average over 230 litres of water a day for our fur and feather family. The cold and resulting frozen water has been our arch enemy today, and has meant ferrying warm water back and forth from our homes to the animals. Mission accomplished ✅
