Some dogs come into the salon for a groom… and some come in with a whole story behind their eyes❤️🐾
This beautiful girl is Juno.
Juno was found on the streets of a remote village in China with her two pups by . Despite everything she’s been through, she is truly the sweetest soul. Not a single bad bone in her body. Just pure love!
When she arrived, understandably, she was extremely matted. She had a full pamper spa and I gently clipped away all of that discomfort. Everything was done completely at her pace, with plenty of breaks to make sure she felt safe, comfortable and never overwhelmed. And in between it all, she just wanted cuddles… she was so affectionate and loving towards me, it honestly melted my heart🤍
Watching her transform and seeing her little face afterwards… that’s the part of this job that means everything to me. A fresh start for her brand new life. ✂️✨
Animals mean the world to me, but dogs hold an especially big place in my heart and rescue dogs? They are something truly special. I say that as a proud puppy farm rescue dog mum myself. They have the most incredible capacity to love, even after everything they’ve endured.
Juno has now found the most incredible, loving home and I just know she is going to live the happiest life with her new family. She deserves every second of it. 💕
And her two little pups are still looking for their forever homes. Honestly, if I didn’t already have a toddler and two dogs… they would already be mine! Because if they are even half as sweet as their mumma, their future families don’t even realise yet how lucky they are going to be. 🐶💛
Rescue dogs really are the best.
